Annoying Things I Do

This entry was inspired by MarcusButlerTV's YouTube video, Things We Shouldn't Do. Sometimes we all do things that we know we shouldn't really do. They aren't really bad things, just things that we know we shouldn't do. I really annoy myself when I do these things. Of course, I don't think of the outcome while I'm doing these things, and if I do, then I ignore those thoughts. Here are a few things I do to annoy myself:

1. In the summer, or on a Saturday, when I don't really have anything important to do, I'll wake up, but decide I'm still tired and go back to sleep. WHY? I won't even really be tired! So I end up sleeping until after lunch time when I could have gotten up and been productive. There are some times when I genuinely need the sleep, but usually, there is no reason for me to continue to sleep... And also, sometimes I'll wake up and decide to get up, but instead of getting up, I'll just lay there, doing nothing, which makes no sense at all.
2. Sometimes I'll eat several helpings of whatever we're having for supper. I know I'm not hungry still, but I'll get up and put more food on my plate anyways, just because it's really good. I don't know why. And afterwards, I'll be SO full, like, I can't even move. And I'm also pretty sure that that isn't very healthy...
3. Speaking of food, sometimes I'll eat a snack when I know I'm getting ready to eat supper an hour (more or less). So when supper is finally ready, and we're having something really good, I'm not even that hungry. Why do I do this?? I know that I'll be having  supper soon, but yet, I continue to eat a snack and usually  I'm not even very hungry to begin with; I just eat out of boredom. It doesn't make any sense, and it is so frustrating!!
4. Whenever I know I should be studying, but I continue to spend my time online. Doing this causes me to regret it SO much the next day. I'll be taking my test and say to myself, "See, Savannah, if you wouldn't have spent all of that time on the internet, you might know this answer!" It's pretty bad... And it isn't just once in a while, I do this every time I have a test the next day, loads of homework, or something important I should be doing instead... I just don't get it!
5. Another annoying thing I do is say things like "I'm hungry," "I'm tired," or "I'm cold," when I won't really be. I apparently just say these things to have something to say. Once I even said I was hungry right after I had just eaten lunch. I was literally walking back to class after lunch and I told my best friend I was hungry.What?? Why would I do that? I have no idea why I do this or what I'm thinking when I do it. I know that I'm not cold when I say it, but I guess I just want something to say. Maybe I like to hear myself talk....

There seems to be no end to the amount of things I do to annoy myself. Like I said, I can't explain why I do these things, but I continually do them. It frustrates me so much.
